WASHINGTON, Nov 10 (Reuters) - The United States must include strong "border measures" to protect U.S. manufacturers from unfair foreign competition as part of legislation to address climate change, a top U.S. senator said on Tuesday.

"We cannot allow our manufacturing industry to fade as a result" of unfair competition from other countries not willing to tackle climate change themselves, Senate Finance Committee Chairman Max Baucus said in speech.
But if climate fraud legislation really is so painless and so very good for our economy, why in the world would we need any of these protective measures?
