Australian Government Sticks by Plan to Reintroduce Carbon [Swindle] Bill - Bloomberg.com

Dec. 30 (Bloomberg) -- Australia’s government will stick to its plan to reintroduce a climate-change bill in February, Finance Minister Lindsay Tanner said in Melbourne today.

The nation’s Senate rejected the bill earlier this month. Deputy Prime Minister Julia Gillard vowed after the defeat to send the legislation to the Senate for a third time when parliament resumes in February.
