Die Klimazwiebel: Hans von Storch: detection and attribution
Attributing observed temperature variations to specific causes relies more on climate models, as they are needed to discriminate between the response of the climate system to different ’drivers‘, such as solar activity, greenhouse gases and volcanoes. It turns out that the best, and really the only, satisfactory explanation of the history of surface air temperature change particularly over the last few decades is obtained when the warming influence of anthropogenic greenhouse gases is taken into account. These gases are behind most of the recent decades' warming.
Oil Refiners’ Fortunes Sink Along With Gasoline Demand - NYTimes.com
Refiners are complaining about the climate change [hoax] legislation is making its way through Congress, fearing that it will impose higher costs on the petroleum industry and result in more gasoline imports from lower-cost refiners overseas.

CLIMATEGATE...Global Warming scam, the hoax of the millenium: The case for the truth is getting louder and louder
We’re dealing with fabricated and deleted data, and an orchestrated effort to undermine global warming dissidents. Faked data in particular is a big deal: many politicians are using eco-alarmism based on fear of global warming to assault American freedoms.

What does it mean for America if it turns out that a few scientists at the top were actively involved in scientific fraud to promote their own agendas?
Hard Science Being Traded for Political Science....but we knew that ...right .
The ultimate result of the political corruption of science is the loss of the credibility of science with the public. Once public trust is lost it is difficult to regain. That is a much bigger problem than global climate change.
Privatizing Climate Policy - Graham Dawson - Mises Institute
Climate-change policy ought to be privatized. All government policy instruments, including taxes, subsidies, regulation and emissions trading to mitigate climate change ought to be abolished. Instead, property rights to a climate unchanged by human activity should be protected by tort litigation on the basis that strict liability is appropriate.
