The Copenhagen summit is drawing to a close tomorrow, and just in the nic-of-time Hillary Clinton has proposed writing a very large check to help developing countries deal with the supposed climate change. How large a check? $100 billion. But only if other countries agree to also decimate their economy and agree to inspections (so that we know they're not cheating).
