NC Media Watch: Another stake in the heart of CO2 warming consensus
Study shows CFCs, cosmic rays major culprits for global warmingSiberia « the Air Vent
This post is the beginning of an investigation into the Siberian temperature data. Phil Jones personally took the time to kill two Siberia papers about CRU and the discrepency between thermometers and the primary ‘temperature’ dataset in publication. The CRU data may be exactly right, but the zeal with which these papers were killed, gives us a clue that there may be a problem. I’ve looked no further ahead than demonstrated here, so be warned we may prove Dr. Jones right.Abbott: 5% CO2 reduction is enough | Australian Climate Madness
Enough (possibly) to satisfy a part of the "we must do something" camp, and little enough (just) to satisfy the "we mustn't wreck our economy" campForeign-aid scam in climate clothing
All foreign aid has produced has been economic dependence, perpetuation of poverty, and bitterness toward the very people who help them. Now the underdeveloped world clamors again for funds to prop up their corrupt regimes, funds that hardly filter down below the government officials whose incomes are hundreds of times greater than their general population. They now demand that productive nations pay trillions to perpetuate inefficiency, poverty and dependence, and all in the name of saving the earth from a danger that fewer and fewer people even believe is a danger, and if so, whether we can do anything about it anyway. More likely it is another way for politicians (from both the underdeveloped and developed worlds) to scam the productive of the earth.Belmont Club » The Copencabana
One possible translation of the Brown and Miliband’s statements is that never again should the UN be put in charge of something so vital as setting up a deal. The UN people could not keep it on the European track and it went off on the Orient Express. There are indications that the Europeans indeed got shafted. Here’s a succinct point: Immersed in the vacuum of space, the earth has but one means of losing heat: radiation. And what does carbon dioxide do? It radiates.“Green” shoppers more likely to cheat and steal | The SPPI Blog
It’s amazing that so few people have bothered to give this theory a second look.

Stanford, Calif. (UPI) Dec 16, 2009Climate-change [scam] action needs a Pearl Harbor moment - The Globe and Mail
Stanford University scientists say they've determined global warming could significantly negatively impact U.S. wine and corn production.
The researchers, led by Assistant Professor Noah Diffenbaugh, said global warming has made the early arrival of spring commonplace across the planet.
Until an environmental Pearl Harbor happens, climate change is likely to stay on the political and economic security sidelines.
