[Obama plans to blow more taxpayer money on the climate swindle]
Obama originally planned to attend the UN climate conference next week, but the White House said Friday that he would now be there at the climax of the negotiations on December 18.

At the same time, the White House said the United States was ready to pay a "fair share" of 10 billion dollars in annual aid to developing countries to cope with climate change.
