The scare tacticians
"Anthropogenic global warming" will go the way of its predecessors, having achieved what was meant for it, in its season: the extortion of huge amounts of money by the parasites clustered around all the existing environmentalist spigots; the sinking of new bungholes into the public accounts; the creation of new big-brotherly bureaucracies to feed new vested interests; and, untold riches and prestige for the "settled scientists" who work the system for patronage.

But then it will be replaced with a new environmental scare narrative.

Bloomberg defended traveling to the conference in his private jet, which critics charge makes him a polluter.

"The bottom line is a small amount of pollution gets me here and hopefully we can convince a lot of people to make a big difference," he said.

Bloomberg traveled with a photographer, an advance person, his spokesman, a deputy mayor and one of his environmental officials.

Gov. Paterson's office said it had three aides there, but that their time and travel was being paid for by the private Rockefeller Brothers Fund.

You're members of a gang of narrow-minded idiots who seem to believe that the more obnoxious left-wing fanatics you are, the more scientific you become. Or at least you successfully pretend that you believe that. Except that it is not true at all. Science has no permanent correlation with politics and if there exists a correlation today, left-wing politics and science are on the opposite sides of the barricade.

As a man of science I find the ongoing dispute of climate crisis highly suspect by those who profess concerns and fears as a “belief”, equating it to a quasi-religious tenet.
