I wonder what luxuries that 15 year old has given up in order to save the planet. A nice start would be no electronics, no refrigerated or cooked food. No trips further than what he can walk in one day and even those should be kept to fewer than 3 per month. No clothes made from items that come from any distance more than 4 days walking.
