Arizona: Clearing flat roofs might be mandatory
The recommendation is voluntary; but if buildings collapse following more snow today and Friday, clearing flat roofs will likely become mandatory, said a deputy fire chief. Failure to comply could result in the building being ordered closed as unsafe for occupancy.
