SHREVEPORT, LA (KSLA) – The bitter cold weather from the arctic blast that hit last week continues to wreak havoc on the Ark-La-Tex over the weekend.
The city of Shreveport was flooded with calls regarding broken water lines and busted pipes.
The Shreveport department of operations emergency call center is receiving hundreds of phone calls.
KSLA news 12 has learned that this has prompted the city to ask customers to conserve water usage, because of all the leaks and breaks.
