(Jan. 19) -- These days, we blame nearly every weather calamity on global warming, but that wasn't always the case. Until several years ago, it seemed as if El Nino was the main weather culprit. If we were to assign singular blame to the strong storms currently moving through California, it would go to El Nino, not global warming.
