What timing! Right as climategate, glaciergate, Amazonegate, Pachaurigate and NASAgate are turning the heat on global warming to the boiling point, NASA has released a study that we’re sure they and other alarmists hope will take our minds of the rapid busting of climate change.

As Climategate is in danger of being eclipsed by more recent scandals, it may be time to refresh our memories. When 1,000 emails and assorted files were leaked by person or persons unknown, we learned a lot about how climate science gets done. Or undone:

We learned that scientists will cut the throat of other scientists to keep their papers out of the press, or that they'll try and get editors fired if they don't toe the climate change line.

We learned that getting the scary message across to politicians is so important that it justifies hiding the shakiness of the data.

And now Obama is killing space exploration. Billions for graft and corruption and his union army and even more for the junk science of global warming, but nothing for the future discovery and the progress of man. It’s awful. The collapse of science is all but complete.

Trillions for global hoaxing, the middle finger for science. And for Americans, Third World conditions.

HAVANA TIMES, Jan. 30 – The number of patients in the Havana Psychiatric Hospital who died due to the cold weather in mid January could be as many as 50, affirmed Elizardo Sánchez, president of the opposition’s Cuban Commission of Human Rights and National Reconciliation. Up to now the Cuban authorities have only acknowledged the death of 26 persons, reported IPS.
