Skeptic's Corner: But....but...but
This commentary shows how ingrained the whole global warming mantra is in society. The author admits the science behind the hypothesis is very shaky. That many people promoting the shaky science are often driven by "pseudo-religious enthusiasm and intellectual fanaticism". That the predictions made by this shaky science promoted with intellectual fanaticism is not really happening. The solutions promoted with pseudo-religious enthusiasm, for a problem which is not happening as this shaky science predicts is not only bad but terrible. But still we should do something just in case the shaky science which has been wrong up until now turns out to be right. Where in life do reasonable people make decisions this way? People who have been scared and manipulated into irrationality make decisions this way.
Baby Butchers: the greens’ sick fascination with killing kids | CLIMATEGATE
Environmental groups use the tried and true liberal marketing tactic called, “It’s for the children.” But environmental groups take this method many steps beyond that, in an effort to scare you into believing in man-made global warming. It’s not that you’ll simply help the kids, but disobey their propaganda and you’ll actually be killing the kids.

Here are three ads–there are many more–the first produced in 2007 by Greenpeace and the last two more recently created by the Environmental Defense Fund in 2009. What sick and disgusting organizations they are.
Warning Signs: How to Watch the State of the Union Speech
POTUS may also speak of the Cap-and-Trade bill languishing in the Senate where it will be allowed to die quietly for the same reason that Prohibition had to be repealed; it’s a really stupid bill that nobody wants.
C3: Using Latest Technology, Experts Calculate That Sea Level Increase Rate At 6 Inches/Century
The newest research, based on the best technology available, has the ocean rise at 1.5mm per year, which translates to 6 inches per century. The IPCC climate models and experts predicted much faster increases but as we now know, the models have been perfect models of failure.
