Senate initially OKs climate change resolution - ABC 4.com - Salt Lake City, Utah News
SALT LAKE CITY (AP) - The Utah Senate has initially approved a resolution urging the Environmental Protection Agency not to regulate carbon dioxide as part of an effort to address climate change.

Ogden Republican Rep. Kerry Gibson is sponsoring House Joint Resolution 12. Gibson has said the effects of carbon dioxide on the environment have been grossly overstated.

Senate sponsor Scott Jenkins, a Plain City Republican, says many of the EPA's findings on climate change are based on flawed data.

Jenkins suggested waiting 10 years to give enough time for review.
Wal-Mart’s Green Mandate to Suppliers - Green Inc. Blog - NYTimes.com
Wal-Mart announced an initiative today that aims to achieve major reductions in greenhouse-gas emissions from its supply chain...But some critics contend that rather than change its business model, Wal-Mart pressures suppliers to change theirs, and possibly cut corners to maintain low costs.
Climate Scientists — Stand up or be run over by the god of physics. « the Air Vent
Without reservation, climate science is one of the weakest professional groups I’ve run across. I’m supposed to say that because it’s an evil skeptic blog, but the long time readers know that I only write what I believe and I’m guessing there won’t be much disagreement.

We are not fooled by your false papers including, sheep and fish shrinkage, global gravity change, coral bleaching, increased hurricanes, drought, rain, bad temperature data, glacier melting, mashmatic proxy temperature reconstructions, false economic prosperity from green jobs, malaria, starvation, acidification, multi-millennia CO2 longevity, positive feedback without evidence, climate models projecting out a century, Antarctica melting. It’s BULLSHIT!! BTW, I do believe in the warming effect of CO2.
James Inhofe, Senate’s top skeptic, explains his climate-hoax theory | Grist
Sen. James Inhofe (R-Okla.), one of the world’s most vociferous climate skeptics, is practically giddy these days. He’s argued since 2003 that global warming is a massive “hoax” being played on the American people, and now he believes he’s got more backing than ever before for his claim
