A day washing the laundry in the bathtub instead of machines, a day washing dishes in a pot of water heated on a gas stove, an evening lit by candles (not a wimpy hour), with entertainment provided non-electronically--those would help us remember.

Every 75 minutes the Explorer Team take a ten minute break from man-hauling to take on fluids and food.
