The Green Party of California blames a ‘17th-century electoral system’, or whines that members are ‘lured away’ or ‘defect’, but the truth is that the bloom is off the green rose.

For along time after the success of Al Gore’s An Inconvenient Truth, Green was in, green was fashionable, for once it was easy being green.

Now, the truth is out and rather than stand and fight, dilettante hipsters leave the once-fashionable green scene to find, err, greener pastures and pretend they were never dupes to Al Gore’s cult.
