Sen. Harkin loves/hates new clean energy bill

The recent cold, wet weather is raising concerns for Iowa farmers. Most of the state’s corn crop has been planted, but some crops were damaged by frost last weekend. Bulgaria will be suspended from carbon trading after U.N. checks showed its national system for recording greenhouse gas emissions, key for ensuring compliance with the Kyoto climate pact, was not transparent and trustworthy.
So we have environmentalists agreeing with global warming skeptics (see earlier post) that Kerry-Lieberman will do nothing to stop global warming.
Not that global warming is a bad thing.
Seriously, they — the staffs of Kerry and Lieberman — don’t know what they are doing. This endangers us all.
