| Council rejects ‘no-idling’ rule | 6/30/2010
On the Web site JH Underground, blogger Jim Stanford denounces the decision dramatically: "Against the backdrop of the Gulf catastrophe and soldiers dying in the Middle East, that the council could not muster the courage to say unnecessary idling is unacceptable to our community is just pathetic."
