Letters: UT’s political fiasco at graduation ceremony » Knoxville News Sentinel
Shame on the University of Tennessee for awarding an honorary doctoral degree to Al Gore. He should probably be prosecuted for his part in the global warming fraud. Contrary to one of UT’s dean’s contention, it isn’t about differing interpretations of data but the falsification of data — the deliberate messaging and mangling of scientific study for the purpose of creating a global warming hoax.

Far too many students have flipped hamburgers and waited tables to fund their educations and graduate in debt, for their commencement day to be turned into left-wing liberal political event with Gore pontificating.
Tailpipe fumes are five times worse for bikers than for drivers, study finds | Grist

State of the planet: Cynical tweets edition | Grist
Graham's surrender suggests a climate bill is dead for the rest of the year, and quite likely for the next few election cycles. Maybe the Earth will put geophysics on hold for a decade or a so while we wait for a few senators to retire?
