CALGARY - Canada's ambassador to the United States says he doesn't think any energy bill passed south of the border will include a so-called cap-and-trade provision.
Gary Doer made the comment to an audience in Calgary as U.S. President Barack Obama met with senators in an attempt to find a compromise on the stalled energy legislation.
