Notes From the Whaling and Warming Wars - Dot Earth Blog - NYTimes.com
In an e-mail message aiming to initiate a discussion of the paper by Bill Anderegg and Roger Pielke Jr., I stated one of my concerns with its approach:City Insider : Newsom blasts oil companies trying to suspend [climate swindle] lawFor starters, one aspect of such efforts that I find troubling is the definition of categories. Convinced/unconvinced begs a question: Convinced of what? That human-driven warming is real, is dangerous, requires a response focused on emissions reductions (or adaptation), or…? There is such a continuum of reasoning on the part of those lumped as “unconvinced” that the entire effort threatens to lose meaning.

Newsom, campaigning for lieutenant governor under a banner of creating jobs by growing the green economy, said opponents of the state's greenhouse gas reduction law are being "manipulative and misleading."
Says there is “not a community consensus” on putting a price on carbon. Will pursue that argument after the election, (but offers no timing on promising an ETS).(Bastards!) Mass Manslaughter By AGW (CO2) Obsession « The Unbearable Nakedness of CLIMATE CHANGE
In other words: current EU policy is to cut CO2 emissions, rather than to do anything to the climate, or the well-being of anybody on this planet.
The monster of AGW/CO2 obsession is now fully in action.
