Question: If the Earth is really overheating, why isn't the Antarctic sea ice melting?

So let me get this straight: warmer temperatures mean more sea ice?

So why are so many people saying that warmer temperatures are a bad thing and may lead to ice melting and therefore higher sea levels threatening land.

I don't get it, you've really confused me.

Then what's the fuss all about the rising tide flooding the coastlines? Melting polar ice? Remember?
