American Thinker: Global Warming, R.I.P
In a remarkable monograph, Roy W. Spencer presents hard evidence that 75% of the observed warming since the start of the 20th century is due to natural processes. He offers a detailed model describing how one of these processes, the Pacific Decadal Oscillation (PDO), operates in the real world. Most importantly, he demonstrates that anthropogenic global warming (AGW) is a minor contributor to a global climate largely insensitive to man-made CO2.

Meanwhile, look at the Chinese. They've long been regarded as one of the leading polluters in the world, but now they're creating a booming industry around the development of anti-pollution technology. They're even attracting some of the brightest engineers from the U.S. to work in China on these innovations.
If anyone in the world invents something that is truly better and cheaper than fossil fuels, wouldn't market forces naturally work to deploy it worldwide?
