[Q] ON climate change, if a global consensus did emerge in the next three years on the need for market-based mechanisms to reduce carbon pollution, would you reconsider your opposition to an emissions trading scheme?

[A] What I've said all along is that if the whole world changes, we'll adjust accordingly, but I think the likelihood of any such global consensus is somewhere between low and zero.
