Climate change panel should be reformed, says review - Channel 4 News
The international body which advises leaders on the threat of climate change needs fundamental reform in the wake of a number of embarrassing mistakes, according to an independent review of the body published today. Tom Clarke reports.

Despite calls for a change in leadership of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), its chair, Indian scientist Rajendra Pachauri, said today that he wouldn't be leaving immediately.

Toward that end they are perfectly happy to put their snout into any aspect of life in America to see if they can extend their authority. No one is arguing that America should not have clean air and clean water, but the extent to which the EPA has taken its original mandates is galactic and Orwellian.
