Has CO2 really increased the number of climate-related natural disasters by a factor of seven since the 1950s?

Projecting that out into the future, Cullen said she sees an average July temperature of 84.2 degrees by 2050 with as many as 13 days where temperatures top 95-degrees.

So consider this July, she said.

What we've had this July "is absolutely going to be a cool July by 2050," she said.
