Rich nations ‘failing us on climate [swindle payments]’ says G77 | Metro.co.uk
The G77 – which represents nearly two-thirds of UN member states – said rich nations created the climate chaos harming poorer ones.

The crisis was urgent because it ‘threatens... the very existence’ of some societies, said Abu Bakr al-Qirbi, outgoing G77 president, as he called for more cooperation among developing countries.

Egyptian foreign minister Ahmed Aboul Gheit complained that developing countries were not getting enough aid.
