Atmospheric CO2 concentration is at an historic low in geological timescales.

CO2 does not cause Global Warming: -

There is absolutely no correlation between CO2 concentration and ANY of the things that AGW proponents are shouting about, Temperature, Sea Levels or Extreme Weather incidents.
