Poll reveals main parties' parlous state

[The Australian public's] enthusiasm last term for an emissions trading scheme hasn't translated into equivalent support for the more general policy of a ''carbon price''. Perhaps the term is less familiar than ''ETS'' became, or maybe climate change is receding in their concerns. Anyway, the numbers suggest the government's carbon road could be rocky.
