Bolivia assails rich, carbon market at Cancun talks
Bolivian President Evo Morales has fingered capitalism as the root of many of the problems facing the world and has urged his fellow leaders to explore alternatives, such as a declaration of rights for the earth as a means of tackling climate change.

Cancun capitalism blends well with Bolivian socialism and climate socialism, http://funwithgovernment.blogspot.com/2010/11/cancun-capitalism-vs-climate-socialism.html
Ha, Practice what you preach Evo. I lived In Bolivia for 5 years. I have seen total disregard for mother earth in Bolivia. These people litter at will, foul their rivers, clear cut their forests have NO auto emission standards and in General have no controls in place to preserve mother earth. I was on the Rio Ka ka near the town Gunay in a boat looking for a trash bag to throw a candy wrapper in and my Bolivian friend says throw it in the river it will be Brazil's problem. This attitude is common. They need a knock off of the 1970's commercial of the native American crying at the sight of litter being tossed from a car window.
