Stars & Bars: A Symbol as Divisive as the Civil War

Today, we see a different version of economic warfare on the South. Many view "Cap and Trade" as an economic attack on the South, as it presents hydro-power and Nuclear power as mute while demanding that all utilities switch to "green" energy. For the South, "green" energies of wind and solar are not viable, leaving only "switchgrass" which is not economically viable in a region that has the most efficient energy production in the Nation.
