Gulf World tends to cold-stunned turtles
PANAMA CITY BEACH — Gulf World Marine Park experts have been tending to a batch of cold-stunned sea turtles this month, the earliest that Gulf World has received turtles endangered by cold weather.

Gulf World took in more than 1,700 cold-stunned turtles in January during the extreme weather at the beginning of the year, one of the largest Panhandle turtle rescue efforts of its kind.
