Srinagar: As Kashmir valley grapples with a harsh winter, students are saying NO to classes if the government doesn’t provide heating in schools.
With temperatures touching minus 8 even the Dal Lake has got frozen. But protests by students are heating up. They even took out a march in the biting cold saying no to winter classes. They are asking the government to shut schools or provide up heating in schools.

Last week, in a move that pits American labor against China's green-technology industry, the Obama administration filed a complaint with the World Trade Organization over China's wind-power subsidies.
