MADISON (WKOW) - Mike McCabe, executive director of the Wisconsin Democracy Campaign, says a nondisclosed trip by Gov. Jim Doyle to Mexico earlier this month raises questions.

"Official travel can't be a secret," McCabe said. "When somebody like the governor seems ashamed to let the public know about trips that are being taken, that really raises more red flags about whether the trip is necessary to begin with."
