“Climate change is real and worthy of our attention,” he said. “But this paper reflects a common pattern in the field of trying to pin negative outcomes on climate change using overly simplistic methods and ignoring factors which have far more effect.”
At the conference this week in San Francisco, Oppenheimer admitted that the paper had “a lot of uncertainties.”
So what do you say to that if you're a sceptic? That you're the one walking in step, while all the governments of the world have got it wrong? That's what they used to say about flying saucers.
