Bangladesh: cold continues
With two more deaths in Gaibandha, the cold wave continues to numb the lives in the northern region and disrupt countrywide transport service for the third consecutive day.

The weather has swung from one extreme to another this winter as Britain is buffeted between the freezing conditions on the Continent and the warm, wet Atlantic.
Since when do weather fluctuations qualify as "climate swings"?   Before the invention of the internal combustion engine, did Britain ever experience snow, then rain?
