Gas gained for a fourth day as temperatures will be below- normal in the U.S. East and Midwest, according to the National Weather Service. The Energy Department may say Thursday that 139 billion cubic feet of gas were withdrawn from storage last week, according to the median of six analyst estimates compiled by Bloomberg. The five-year average decline is 79 billion.
