Ah yes. But don't forget, the carbon Kleptocrats have designated Palm (oil) plantations as forests.
They can cut down jungle, plant them and double dip in the market.
How "vulnerable" are those plantations, do you suppose?
Forests are important to the greens because they will result in lots of green flowing from industrialized countries to the governments of the countries with the forests.
