Nobel Prize winning economist Joseph Stiglitz on Monday said he thinks trade sanctions will be included in any global agreement fighting climate change.

“We know the sea level will rise, but we don’t know exactly how much. Many coastal cities will have to move and that is an enormous cost,” he said.

He added that fighting climate change could actually stimulate the global economy.
