FOSTER — Town officials continued Friday to assess damage from the collapse of a roof section at the Captain Isaac Paine Elementary School while making plans to temporarily relocate students to out-of-town schools next week.

The fish are victims of a double whammy: cold temperatures and possibly the dreaded fish-killing disease viral hemorrhagic septicemia.

Puckett said that he opposed cap and trade from the beginning. “I thought it was harmful to the coal industry and to coal miners, and I couldn’t support it,” Puckett said. He said that he put out his own robo call Thursday night, explaining that he hasn’t changed his position on cap and trade.
