As Bloomberg, Armisen discussed the city's response to the blizzard and mentioned that New Yorkers shouldn't leave their homes during snow (if they need food, just call for delivery and the Mexicans will bring it to them), promised to get to the bottom of questions like "Where does snow come from?" and "How do I get snow off my car?" and that the Sanitation Department was hard at work...not working, "They're not plowing yet. They're playing cards. That's in their contract. Then, they'll look at Internet porn for an hour or so, stop for lunch. After that comes a two-hour break, then we'll send them home early. But they'll be back at noon when overtime kicks in."
