Colorado: Hypothermia cited in motorists' death - The Pueblo Chieftain
Hypothermia contributed to the death of a 66-year-old man found dead near his vehicle last week, the coroner said Sunday.

Eusebio Montoya, of Boone, was found dead early Friday on Apple Road. His body was about 50 yards from his vehicle, which crashed into a ditch.

MUSKEGON — The roof of a Muskegon storage warehouse collapsed Sunday under the weight of snow and ice, damaging cars, recreational vehicles and boats stored inside.

It was the third building collapse due to snow and ice on the lakeshore in two weeks.

In New York, recent roof collapses have been reported throughout Rensselaer County in Hoosick and Petersburgh. Officials in Washington, Rensselaer, and Saratoga Counties are in the process of seeking a disaster declaration by the U.S. Department of Agriculture in the aftermath of several heavy snowstorms beginning Dec. 26, 2010. The declaration would allow affected farm owners
access to emergency funds.

Over the past two weeks, 18 structures have been reported to have collapsed in Washington County, with more than 40 structures in total throughout the three New York counties.
