"Over the past ten years, the growing season in the Netherlands has increased by nearly a month as a result of global warming"

Tom, I was pretty excited by the title. Growing seasons matter, although I am just about sure any change can be chalked up to natural variation. I have been dying to go back to my house in America and compare the growing seasons and regions with one of my Old Farmers Almanacs from the '70s with a current issue.

I wish radio Netherlands provided more info. It does not look like there is a clear start & stop date for planting and harvest.
