Shell says fossil fuel levels “severely threaten human well-being”

Oil giant Shell has revealed in its latest analysis report that unchecked CO2 emissions from fossil fuels would put the planet “on a pathway that could severely threaten human well-being”.

The 41-page 'Signals & Signposts' report, published today, provides a stark warning of the consequences of the future energy mix, saying concerted global action to reduce emissions is still too far off “given the extreme urgency required”.
