Storm causes multiple highway pileups in Montreal, at least 29 sent to hospital
MONTREAL - A winter storm churned across Ontario and Quebec on Wednesday, leaving massive highway pileups in its wake and sending at least 29 people to hospital.

One freeway smash-up east of Montreal stretched for three kilometres and was packed with a mangled mess of 70 vehicles, including 30 transport trucks and a school bus.
