Stressing the importance of Turkey’s intensive investments in renewable energy such as wind and solar energy, Gore said: “Turkey has shown progress at a really impressive level and [has become a source of] hope for all countries in the world to follow such a course. It is a large and prosperous country experiencing a unique leadership. I see Turkey as a good friend of mine.”
