With Rising Gas Prices, is E85 a Better Deal?

For consumers to be better off financially purchasing E85, the price of gasoline would have to be approximately $4.37 with the E85 price holding at $2.87. Pure ethanol gets roughly 66% of the mileage that pure gasoline is capable of reaching, as a result, you must buy a lot more gasoline to drive the same number of miles.
