Winter weather destroys this year's apple crop | New Mexico

Growers blame the terrible deep freeze cold snap of early February for strangling the crop before it even blossomed. Dixon's has only about 5 percent of its usual crop this spring. Old Man Winter gobbled up the other 95 percent.
