Australia Will Compensate 90% of Homes for Carbon [dioxide swindle] - Bloomberg
Australia’s government plans to pay compensation to nine out of 10 households to help families absorb the cost of a carbon-emissions trading system, Prime Minister Julia Gillard said.

“I want to tackle climate change by putting a price on carbon pollution that big polluters will pay and then use that money to assist Australian families,” Gillard said today....Consumers can either use the government compensation to buy the more costly goods, or save some of the money by choosing low-carbon items, he said.

So, Gillard plans to take money from the top 10% and redistribute it among the bottom 90%? This is no surprise, I've read countless times that they want to redistribute wealth both within and among nations. This is the within nations part...
