CO2 markets should not operate alone post-2012: Figueres - News - Point Carbon
Christiana Figueres, the executive secretary of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, said at the Carbon Expo conference in Barcelona she hopes carbon markets would play a crucial role in any future global agreement to limit carbon emissions.
